When you use this Service, we may collect:

TikTok usernames you enter for analysis (publicly available data)
LinkedIn profile data (if you choose to log in): name, email address, profile picture, and headline — provided via LinkedIn's OpenID Connect
Usage data: pages visited, timestamps, browser type (standard web analytics)

3. How We Use Your Data

To generate your TikTok competition analysis report
To unlock the full analysis features after LinkedIn authentication
To contact you about our digital marketing services (only if you've authenticated)
To improve the Service

4. TikTok Data

We only access publicly available TikTok data (profile information, public video metrics). We do not access private accounts, direct messages, or any non-public content. Data is processed via third-party scraping APIs (Apify) in compliance with their terms of service.

5. LinkedIn Data

When you authenticate with LinkedIn, we receive your basic profile information through LinkedIn's official OpenID Connect flow. We store your name, email, and headline for lead management purposes. We do not access your LinkedIn connections, messages, or post history.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in cloud databases (Supabase/PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. Analysis reports are retained for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Lead data is retained until you request deletion.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Our internal marketing team (for follow-up on service inquiries)
Infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase) — as data processors only
